Maxlife Care is seeking warm, energetic female Support Workers to assist two young women with complex needs in their home and community. The role focuses on person-centred care, building independence and meaningful social connections, while respecting client choice and privacy.

Role requires experience with disability support, robust communication, and commitment to Positive Behaviour Support. NSW Driver's Licence and current CPR/First Aid are preferred.
