Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing Australian business who are seeking a highly organised Scheduler to join their operations team.

The business works with major organisations across Australia, coordinating transport and field-based services through a growing national network. With significant growth underway and new contracts being secured, they are looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day scheduling function.

You will be responsible for coordinating drivers nationally, managing daily schedules and ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed on time. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and keeping operations moving.

What do you do?

- Coordinate and schedule daily driver movements and jobs nationally
- Allocate jobs based on driver availability, location and customer requirements
- Manage schedule changes,



delays and last-minute requirements
- Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams throughout the day
- Maintain accurate scheduling, booking and operational records

What do you need?

- Experience in scheduling, transport coordination, logistics or dispatch
- Experience coordinating drivers, couriers, technicians or field-based teams
- National or multi-site scheduling experience is highly preferred
- Solid organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
