About the role

This is a pivotal enterprise leadership role with the opportunity to influence performance across Seqwater. You will turn strategy into capability, measurable outcomes and lasting community value while leading our maintenance and technical support functions. By championing maintenance excellence, you will optimise the availability, reliability and performance of critical assets across our water supply network.

You will translate strategic priorities into sustainable organisational capability, connect decisions across the service delivery chain and lead confidently through change. Just as importantly, you will foster a people-centred culture that enables secure, reliable and sustainable water services for South East Queensland—now and into the future.

What you'll bring

You are an accomplished technical leader who brings:

- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related discipline




- Asset management and maintenance, particularly in water infrastructure, including contract management
- Leadership of large, multi-disciplinary technical teams within complex environments
- Management of contracts, budgets and resources
- OT operations, control systems engineering, or maintenance representation for electrical, mechanical and control systems in operational infrastructure
- Development, implementation and management of asset management governance, systems, processes and procedures, including HV switching operations
- Knowledge and application of HSEQ principles in an operational infrastructure environment
- Purpose with impact: Help protect and strengthen essential water services for Queensland communities
