Victorian Government Department is seeking a Director, Service Delivery Support (ICT systems) to lead the delivery of ICT system enhancements, process improvements and digital solutions that improve client outcomes and support frontline service delivery staff.
The role covers all operational program streams including housing, family violence, children and families, and disability services, within the Community Operations and Practice Leadership Division.
