Our client, a major PE-backed Australian organisation, is undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation and is seeking Strategic Transformation Leads to partner with key business functions across its strategic portfolio.

You’ll bridge strategy and execution, running prioritisation workshops with senior leaders one day and getting into the detail of a Jira board the next. You’ll own stakeholder engagement and alignment at executive level, build and maintain portfolio plans, drive prioritisation of competing work, and manage escalations end-to-end.

What you’ll need: 4 years + management consulting experience from a leading consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, L.EK, Kearney or similar), well developed stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority and, ideally,



hands‑on Jira/Confluence expertise. You’re commercially sharp, thrive in ambiguity, and can turn complexity into explicit decisions.

This transformation office operates as a genuine talent factory with people expected to move into senior roles elsewhere in the business, or beyond it, within two to three years, after delivering significant value at the centre of the organisation’s strategy.
