About the position

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Services, the Head of Technology & Digital will lead Anglicare's multidisciplinary Technology & Digital function, encompassing Enterprise Architecture, Technology Enablement, Technology Operations and Service Desk. The role will lead the implementation of Anglicare's technology strategy, roadmap and investment portfolio, including modernisation, operating model evolution, governance and the responsible enablement of emerging technology, automation, data and AI.

This broad executive leadership role also carries responsibility for building a high-performing and future-ready T&D; function,



alongside technology financial management, strategic vendors, commercial stewardship, resilience, disaster recovery and technology risk. As a trusted adviser to the Executive and Board, you will translate complex technology matters into clear business insights and provide transparent advice on performance, risk, investment, value and strategic trade-offs.

About the person

You will be an accomplished senior technology and digital leader with enterprise-level accountability across strategy, people, investment, governance and service delivery. You will bring proven experience developing and governing enterprise technology strategy and leading significant operating model or structural change, with the ability to reshape capability, develop high-performing teams and ensure technology remains closely connected to organisational priorities.

Commercially astute and influential, you will have demonstrated technology financial management at portfolio scale, together with strong vendor, cybersecurity, compliance and third-party risk governance experience. You will be a credible adviser capable of building trusted executive relationships and influencing Board-level decision-making. Experience in aged care, health, community services or another regulated, multi-site workplace will be highly regarded, as will relevant technology, cybersecurity or governance qualifications.
