The clinic has a significant and dedicated patient base in Women's Health (including procedures like IUD/Implanon insertion and MTOP), offering a clear focus for a motivated Female GP.

Financial & Contract Details

- Billing Structure: Mixed Billing structure with a high standard fee (approx. $100), ensuring robust revenue generation.
- Remuneration Split: Highly competitive 65% of Gross Billings.
- Guaranteed Rate: A secure introductory rate of $150 per hour for the first 3 months.
- Average Earnings: Current GPs average $208 per hour (based on a $320/hr average patient billing), confirming high earning potential.
- Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible sessions available).

Clinic Workplace & Features

- Location: Central, high-traffic Gold Coast area.
- Roster: Monday–Friday operating hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm). No weekend rotation.

Full-time Nurse support and dedicated Practice Manager on-site.
- Facilities: Dedicated Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Room and available parking for practitioners.

Applicant Requirements

- Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP/FACRRM).
- Must be eligible for a Medicare Provider Number in a Non-DPA area.
