Job Description

As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the business. Reporting to the executive group leadership team, you will be a highly visible leader, setting the standard for service while building meaningful relationships with guests and developing a capable, engaged team.

This role requires an experienced operator who can balance the detail of daily execution with a broader commercial and strategic perspective. Key responsibilities include:

- Build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders, creating a genuine sense of community, connection and loyalty
- Lead all aspects of venue operations, ensuring consistently high standards across hospitality, food and beverage, wellness and guest experience
- Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams,



embedding a culture of accountability, engagement and service excellence
- Drive financial and operational performance, including budgeting, profitability, revenue growth and effective cost management
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, enhance the guest proposition and support future business initiatives

Candidate Profile

This opportunity will suit an accomplished hospitality or service-led operator who combines commercial capability with exceptional people skills. You will be comfortable operating in a premium environment where relationships and attention to detail matter, while bringing the leadership maturity required to manage a complex, multidisciplinary operation.

Experience within luxury hotels, premium hospitality, wellness, leisure, or other high-end experience-led businesses will be highly regarded. You will bring:

- An exceptional track record of building relationships and delivering personalised guest experiences
- Proven senior operational leadership experience within a premium, luxury, or highly service-focused setting
- Strong food and beverage knowledge alongside sound financial and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- A hands-on, visible and engaging leadership style, with the ability to contribute strategically as the business grows
