Visa is seeking a Manager, Loyalty Program Management for Issuer Solutions in Sydney or Melbourne. You will drive growth of issuer CLO and merchant loyalty programs, lead cadence with partners, and shape roadmaps to ensure scalable, measurable outcomes.

You’ll work closely with banks and merchants to optimise activation, engagement, and value delivery while guiding programme configuration and launches with a bias to action.
