Egis is seeking a Principal Civil Designer to join our WA design team, bringing 10+ years of civil design experience. The role involves leading high-level technical direction across civil, structural, resources and geotechnical projects, with potential progression to Discipline Lead for the WA team.

You will guide and mentor designers, manage design schedules, ensure compliance with Australian codes, and contribute to project delivery for local government and private infrastructure sectors.
