What you’ll be doing:

- Lead the team (70%): Own the tech roadmap, coach three awesome devs, partner with Product, and lead architectural decisions.
- Stay hands-on (30%): Write code, run code reviews, design APIs, and integrate modern systems across React, Node and AWS.
- Drive quality & delivery: Set high standards for our codebase, handle safe deployments, and jump in to solve complex tech issues when needed.
- Embrace AI-assisted dev: Lead how we safely use AI dev tools (like Claude Code/Codex) to speed up our builds without sacrificing quality.

What you bring:

- Solid architecture, API design, and web app security knowledge.
- Great communication skills and a passion for mentoring people.
- Good judgment when using AI dev tools to accelerate building.
