The Walt Disney Company (APAC) is seeking an Executive Director, People & Culture, ANZ to lead the P&C; function across Australia and Current Zealand. This executive role focuses on strategic leadership, employee experience, and stakeholder management across multiple lines of business and locations, including Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland.

Reporting to APAC P&C; leadership, you will drive global and regional HR strategies, champion DE&I;, and ensure alignment with business growth objectives
