Key responsibilities

Leadership, mentoring, guiding and inspiring a stable team of educators

Compliance, ensuring full adherence to the NQF, Regs and QKFS guidelines

Operations – managing the day to day including all usual elements of daily operations

Fostering robust collaborative relationships with families, our fabulous team and the local community

Driving a culture of continuous improvement to maintain our high standards across the service

Appropriate qualifications and current required certificates

Proven director experience and leadership capacity

Knowledge of compliance requirements

Exceptional communication skills
