MuraConnect is partnering with a Queensland Government organisation to identify an experienced Implementation Project Manager to support the delivery and go-live of a major Salesforce CRM transformation.

This role will take ownership of the critical implementation and go-live phase, bringing together multiple project streams including Salesforce CRM, data migration and integrations, and coordinating the activities required to ensure the organisation is operationally and technically ready for deployment.

Working closely with the Project Director, project managers, PMO, technical teams, business stakeholders and external delivery partners, you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of implementation activities through to successful go-live and transition.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating implementation and go-live activities across multiple project workstreams, with a strong focus on:

- Developing and maintaining detailed implementation and go-live plans
- Coordinating schedules, dependencies, milestones and implementation activities
- Coordinating go-live activities across Salesforce CRM, data migration, integrations and associated business readiness streams
- Driving business and operational readiness
- Coordinating technical readiness, testing, deployment and transition activities
- Planning and supporting cutover and go-live
- Managing implementation risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinating post-implementation support arrangements
- Working closely with change management and business representatives to support communication, training and user adoption
- Facilitating workshops, implementation meetings and working groups
- Coordinating vendors, suppliers and project resources
- Ensuring non-functional requirements are tested, delivered and signed off
- Preparing implementation reports,



dashboards and updates for project governance forums
- Supporting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned activities

About You

To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience managing complex implementation, go-live or technology-enabled business projects.

You will bring:

- Strong experience coordinating complex implementation activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering implementation and go-live plans
- Strong project planning, scheduling and coordination capability
- Experience supporting business change, operational readiness and user adoption
- Proven experience managing project risks, issues and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Experience working within structured project governance environments
- Strong written communication and project reporting skills

Experience implementing Salesforce CRM, case management, ERP or other enterprise business systems will be highly regarded. Experience within government, legal, justice or human services environments, as well as working with external vendors and implementation partners, will also be advantageous.
