The Job

You're on the bogger moving material across production and development headings, working alongside the drill and blast crew to keep things on schedule.

- Working to shot schedules and communicating clearly with the drill and blast crew
- Running pre-starts properly and identifying faults and hitting KPIs
- Keeping your eyes on ground conditions and reporting hazards immediately
- Following blast protocols and exclusion zone procedures
- Reporting to the Shift Boss and executing the plan efficiently and safely each shift
