About the position

Reporting to the Head of Technology & Digital, the Technology Enablement Manager will establish and lead the Technology Enablement function across Anglicare. Leading a team of Technology Enablement Partners aligned to key service portfolios, you will build strong relationships with executives and business leaders, connecting technology priorities and investment with genuine business needs and strategic outcomes.

The role has a broad mandate spanning business partnering, technology adoption and change, project and portfolio governance,



system improvement, reporting and analytics, and digital capability uplift. Importantly, you will ensure technology initiatives achieve business readiness, sustainable adoption and measurable benefits, while strengthening project delivery discipline and the transition of new capabilities into operations.

About the person

You will be an experienced technology leader with a strong background across business partnering, project or portfolio delivery, business analysis or technology-enabled change. You will have demonstrated success driving measurable adoption and benefits from technology investment, coupled with the ability to establish effective project governance and lead a high-performing, client-focused team.

An influential communicator and relationship builder, you will be comfortable partnering with senior executives, navigating competing priorities and bringing business and technology stakeholders together around shared outcomes. Experience within aged care, community services, health or another complex, regulated and geographically dispersed setting will be highly regarded, as will relevant change, project management or ITIL qualifications.
