The role

This role represents a rare opportunity for an astute Associate or Senior level lawyer with strong legal, commercial and interpersonal skills to work closely with senior executives in the business to produce nimble and commercially savvy legal advice. Suited to a front-end lawyer, with demonstrated property and commercial experience, you will advise on acquisitions, contractual arrangements and leasing, and negotiate contracts. Reporting to a friendly and astute Head of Legal, your key relationships will be with them, the legal team, and leaders in the business.

What you will need

In addition to sound legal skills and quality front end property and commercial experience, you will bring enthusiasm and interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in achieving commercial objectives. Suited to lawyers who back themselves and have roughly 3-9 years of experience gained in a quality commercial firm or team.
