Our Company

PanAust Limited is an Australian-headquartered copper and gold mining company with operations in Laos, and pre-development assets in Papua New Guinea and Chile.

In Laos , PanAust owns a 90 per cent interest in Phu Bia Mining Limited with the Government of Laos owning the remaining 10 per cent. Phu Bia Mining owns and operates PanAust’s two award winning operations – Phu Kham Copper-Gold and Ban Houayxai Gold-Silver, both located in Xaisomboun Province, 120km north of Vientiane.

In Papua New Guinea , PanAust holds a 100 per cent interest in the Frieda River Limited Copper-Gold project, which is a transformative pre-development integrated mining, renewable energy and infrastructure project.

In Chile , PanAust holds a 66 per cent interest in the Inca de Oro Copper-Gold Project through a Chilean incorporated joint venture company, Inca de Oro S. A.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Program Delivery Lead to join our team, based in our Corporate Head Office in Fortitude Valley’s James Street precinct. The role will involve a mix of coordinating projects directly and supporting project managers and vendor project professionals to deliver projects. You will work closely with the Group Manager Technology to embed consistent project management practices across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the latest program management methodologies to maintain the Demand pipeline and enable the business to prioritise the Project portfolio
- Supporting the Portfolio Governance framework by coordinating governance and reporting of the demand pipeline lifecycle,



including scheduling gate reviews and preparing supporting documentation
- Supporting the application of the Project Delivery Framework for delivering projects approved using the Portfolio Governance framework
- Maintaining project documentation, registers and repositories to a consistent, high standard
- Prepare Portfolio status reporting to show overall Portfolio Health (Scope/Budget/Timeframes/Risk)
- Support the application of consistent project management practices across projects in the Portfolio
- Support the operating rhythm that enables management of the demand pipeline and the ongoing review of active projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and papers, and tracking actions
- Support Project Managers in the preparation and maintenance of key project management deliverables and registers throughout the delivery of projects, and the coordination of timely reporting

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who:

- 3+ years’ experience working as a Project Delivery Lead / Senior Project Coordinator or in a similar project delivery support role
- Demonstrated strong organisational and problem-solving skills, ability to identify key issues and risks to delivery timeframes and the assessment of stakeholder needs
- Solid experience supporting ICT Portfolio, Program and Project Management




- Demonstrated experience and application of ICT best practice methodologies from analysis to implementation, including Prince2, SAFe, Agile and PMBOK
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, working across cultures
- One or more recognised professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, Agile / Scrum (desirable)
- Experience in the development and management of PowerBI reports
- Experience using project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project
