With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead an upcoming Health project in a live operational environment.

You will be working with a well-resourced and high-performing project delivery team for one of Queensland’s most reputable builders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who is confident managing complex commercial projects and understands the requirements of working within a live operational environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong communication with the project team, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

The Role

- As the site manager you will be responsible for the day to day delivery, ensuring safety, programme, quality, and client expectations are met
- 3 direct reports




- coordinating subcontractors and site personnel
- Driving programme and maintaining schedules
- Maintaining high safety & quality standards
- liaising with Project manager, client rep, and wider site team
- resolving day to day site Issues
- Leading and motivating site teams
- planning upcoming critical site activities to ensure programme flows without delays

About you:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a site manager
- Experience with managing supervisors reporting to you directly
- Strong Planning and organisational skills
- proven experience delivering complex and challenging projects
- Previous hospital / healthcare projects highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- solid relationship building skills across all stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions focused approach
