We’ll never deliver on our ambitious goals without a team that is just as ambitious, so we’re expanding our tentacles and we are now looking for Senior Client Delivery Leads. The roles will be working closely with other members of the client delivery team to help with our APAC clients and global product teams.

Where you'll fit in:

- We are looking for more Senior Client Delivery Leads to join the Kraken delivery team. Ideally you’ll have experience working in the Australian energy sector or SaaS providers, and a lot of experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects). If you love making things better for customers, building great products, working with technology, and bringing people together to find solutions, then you’ve come to the right place. We are looking for additions to our Client Delivery team that can help build our capability across our business with Kraken.

- Our Client Delivery Team exists to turn complex problems into amazing outcomes. As a Senior Client Delivery Lead you’ll need to be comfortable working in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client. You’re going to need to live and breathe Kraken, and be as comfortable finding a meter read as you are trying to identify a customer need.

- Senior Client Delivery Leads need to understand how Kraken works, be able to help clients identify problems and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and recent capability. They will bring
