Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Work Pack and Completions Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team, based in the Brisbane office. This is a fixed-term opportunity with international travel required.

Leverage your trade or engineering expertise to coordinate the development and delivery of work packs, ensuring all drawings, permits, procedures, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and ready for execution. Oversee completion activities, maintain progress tracking systems, and facilitate inspections, testing, and handover documentation to ensure successful project outcomes.

What you will bring

- Trade background or engineering degree preferred
- 10+ years of operational, construction or maintenance experience within the resources industry.
- 10+ years’ experience in the compilation and management of construction work packages
- Experience in managing project completions and assisting in systemisation of work packages as well as project handover.
- Confident user of the MS Office Suite and digital work packaging and completion tools.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
