Experienced Female NDIS Support Worker Sydney

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced NDIS Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants across Sydney and Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily living and personal care support
- Assist with community access and social activities
- Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Domestic assistance including cleaning, cooking, and meal preparation
- Maintain professional communication and accurate progress notes

Essential Requirements (Mandatory):

- Proven experience as an NDIS Support Worker
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (explicit)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (valid)




- 100 Point ID verification
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Right to work in Australia
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

Preferred (but not mandatory):

- Manual Handling Certificate
- COVID-19 vaccination evidence (if required)
- Pakistani background preferred for cultural compatibility
- Basic Pakistani cooking skills preferred

Skills & Qualities:

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
