Juniper is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our L&D; team and advance capability across the organisation in Western Australia.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape enterprise learning and leadership programs, oversee governance and use learning systems to drive regulatory compliance and workforce performance. A tertiary qualification in HR, L&D;, Education or OD is required, plus solid people leadership.
