This is a ready made opportunity for a broker who wants to step into an established, significant, active client book and start writing deals immediately. You'll manage the full finance lifecycle and focus on what you do best — originating, structuring, and settling quality business — with strong operational support behind you.

Key responsibilities

- Manage business and equipment finance deals (and some consumer if you choose) from enquiry to settlement from a large pool of various referral platforms and partners
- Structure finance solutions for plant, equipment, vehicles, and commercial assets
- Build strong, long term relationships with sme business clients
- Negotiate terms with a broad panel of lenders to secure optimal outcomes
- Identify recent commercial finance opportunities and grow repeat business
- Maintain lender accreditations and industry compliance standards

About you

- Proven experience as an Asset Finance or Equipment Finance Broker
- Strong knowledge of commercial and equipment finance products
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- Self motivated, commercially minded, and results focused




- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- CAFBA or FBAA accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Uncapped earnings with genuine OTE of $145k–$250k+
- Established client book to hit the ground running
