Talenza is seeking an experienced Senior Contact Centre Specialist to drive large and complex contact centre projects, using leading CC technologies both on premise and in the cloud.

The role is based in Australia and offers a base salary of AUD 170k–180k plus bonus and superannuation, with opportunities to lead technical escalations and advise customers. You will work with platforms like Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Cisco and Amazon Connect, collaborating with customers, vendors and internal teams.
