Full time fixed term opportunity until November 2027Deliver strategic HR solutions that advance Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation and support organisational goals.Base Salary $152,045 + 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityThis position has been designated for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only under the provisions of section 126 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Your recruiter will be in touch to advise you on how to confirm Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status.Join our team as a Human Resources Partner (Identified) and play a pivotal role in advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation and initiatives across the University. In this influential position, you will partner with diverse client groups to deliver strategic HR advice and tailored workforce solutions that support organisational objectives. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the institution, you will drive impactful people initiatives, strengthen and align HR policies with strategic priorities, and ensure best-practice compliance while fostering an inclusive and culturally responsive workplace.Your key responsibilities will be to:provide expert HR advice and workforce solutions that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation and address complex people management challengeslead strategic HR projects, policies and initiatives that drive inclusive workforce outcomes and align with university prioritiesdevelop and implement people strategies that foster diversity, inclusion, professional development and a positive workplace culturepartner with senior leaders, stakeholders and the Indigenous Employment and Engagement team to deliver collaborative and impactful workforce initiativesuse workforce data and insights to inform decision-making, support reporting and compliance, and strengthen HR service deliverypromote and support the Indigenous Workforce Plan,
