Cleared Recruitment is seeking experienced Program Managers to support milestone coordination and delivery across Defence and National Security stakeholders. This role will oversee program planning, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities aligned to Defence Integrated Investment Program (IIP) objectives.

Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 12 months + extensions

Hours: Full-time

Location: Adelaide or Canberra (Onsite only)

Minimum Clearance: TSPV

The Program Manager will work closely with Defence and Intelligence sponsors to ensure development and delivery teams are positioned to meet IIP requirements. The role includes interfacing with internal program divisions, coordinating delivery activities, and supporting the transition of software prototypes and demonstrations into operational environments.

Background to the Services

- Supporting prototyping, deployment, and transition of software applications on classified networks.
- Enabling delivery of demonstrations, prototypes, and capability transition activities for multiple IIP projects.




- Working across Defence and Intelligence enterprises to ensure alignment with sponsor expectations and operational needs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Senior stakeholder engagement across Defence and Intelligence environments.
- Program planning, roadmap development, execution, and delivery for software?focused projects.
- Preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
- Coordination of delivery teams to meet IIP milestones and sponsor requirements.
- Engagement with operator, delivery, and sponsorship stakeholders across complex Defence environments.

Desirable Experience

- Understanding of the Defence Integrated Investment Program (IIP) acquisition process.
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience transitioning software prototypes into operational capabilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Experience working within a Defence setting.
