About the roleBeans is looking for a digital marketer to join their Wollongong-based marketing agency. You'll be a T-shaped digital marketer with broad, confident expertise across the marketing landscape and real depth in performance and organic search. Your core toolkit spans SEO, Google Ads, Meta (organic and paid) and the emerging space of AEO/GEO.
You'll own the full picture: building the strategy, creating the campaign, and rolling it out end to end. From the first ad, through to the offer, and into ongoing nurture. This role is less about being in client meetings every week and more about the thinking and the execution behind the scenes, though you'll still need to be comfortable articulating your strategy and presenting results in client meetings when it counts, with support from the wider Beans team.
Key responsibilitiesRunning SEO audits, keyword research and on-page and technical optimisation to grow organic visibilityPlanning, building and optimising Google Ads campaigns across search, display and beyondRunning paid Meta campaigns and optimising organic content and community performanceOptimising how clients appear in AI-generated answers and generative search resultsDesigning and rolling out full-funnel campaigns end to end, from the first ad through the offer and into nurtureMaking updates in WordPress/Elementor and Shopify so campaigns, offers and landing pages can go live quicklyUsing Google Analytics,



SEMrush and Agency Analytics to track performance and turn data into recommendationsArticulating strategy and results directly in client meetings when required, with support from the Beans team
About youExperience with keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical SEOProven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, plus skills in Meta paid and organicAn understanding of, or genuine curiosity about, AEO/GEO and how AI is changing the way people searchExperience building strategies and campaigns that carry a lead from an ad through to a nurture sequence, not just the top of funnelComfortable making updates in WordPress, Elementor and Shopify — landing pages, offers and campaign-related changesConfident using Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Agency Analytics and Meta Business SuiteAble to clearly articulate strategy and results, including when needed in client meetings
