Key duties and responsibilities:

- Configure, deploy and implement the RecordPoint platform across the organisation's data sources.
- Connect and integrate RecordPoint with source systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, file shares, legacy archives and other structured / unstructured repositories) using out-of-the-box connectors.
- Design and apply data classification rules, retention schedules and defensible disposal policies at scale.
- Support data inventory, PII identification, legal holds and data lifecycle management activities.
- Support data migration and clean-up as part of the records management programme.
- Troubleshoot, monitor and optimise the platform and its integrations.
- Document configuration, design, cutover and support / handover material.

Technical skills:





- Hands-on RecordPoint implementation experience — delivered on at least 2 projects (mandatory).
- Solid data management background — data governance, classification, retention / disposal and lifecycle management (mandatory).
- Experience with records management and compliance in regulated environments (banking / financial services highly desirable).
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365 / SharePoint) and data source connectors.
- Experience with data classification (rules-based and AI / ML), retention schedules, legal holds and defensible disposal.
