Avis Budget Group is hiring a Duty Manager at Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta area). You will lead the team on shift, coach staff, and ensure smooth operation of vehicle flow, customer service and sales. Training provided to help you achieve goals and potential, with a supportive culture and employee discounts.

Responsibilities include rostering, NPS/CSI targets, and participation in recruitment. A full driver's license is required with rotating rosters.
