TAL Australia is looking for a Claims Consultant to assess life insurance claims when customers are impacted by illness or injury and are unable to work for a period. You’ll review policies, analyse medical, vocational and financial documents, and apply skilled judgement to make fair decisions.
In this role you’ll be the customer’s main service provider, communicating outcomes clearly, partnering with customers and stakeholders, and providing benefit payments and support.
