- Extensive commercial and retail property management experience
- Robust lease negotiation and contract management expertise
- Proven track record maximising asset performance and income
- Sound knowledge of retail leasing legislation and tenancy compliance
- Strong financial, budgeting and cashflow management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and influence at a senior level
