We are seeking a customer service orientated casual assistant for our Beautopia Hair & Beauty Supplies store in Bunbury

A background in the hairdressing or beauty industry is essential

You would be joining a company, which has over 30 stores nationwide and sells all the major brands in the hair and beauty industry. With approximately 6000 sku’s our business has a diverse range of products.

To be successful you must:

- Have outstanding customer service and communication skills.

- Be organised and demonstrate excellent time management

- Have experience in sales.

- Have a great eye for detail.

Key responsibilities include:

- In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.

- Front facing customer service is an key part of this role

- Picking,



packing, invoicing orders and restocking shelves also form part of the duties.

- Promotion of core brands including Jeval Italy hair colour

Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.

3 days a week 8.30am - 5pm with the possibility of one Saturday (1/2 day) per month
