HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians/Electricians We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated HVAC Technicians to join our team in our Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane branches.

Task & Responsibilities

Install and repair essential mechanical and electrical components, including compressors, motors, condensers, evaporators etc, of the HVAC Systems. Perform advanced fault-finding, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on DX plants and commercial systems as well as repair and replace defective parts. Determining job requirements based on blueprints and specifications, and setting up reference points for installation. Service VRV, VRF, ducted, and split systems in accordance with site maintenance schedules, including but not limited to filling systems with gas or fluid to check for leaks, and removing test gas and fluid using vacuum pumps, and filling with refrigerant Maintain accurate records of causes of malfunction, service logs, reports, and equipment performance. Inspect and test electrical connections and components to ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards. Adjust and calibrate system controls and mechanisms, then reassemble HVAC systems to ensure proper function Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and site managers to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to company WHS policies and contribute to a positive safety culture. Participate in the rotating on-call service roster when required.

What We Are Looking For





To be successful in this role, you must have: Strong technical knowledge of DX plants, commercial AC units, and controls Experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills A strong work ethic, with reliability and punctuality being essential The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Required Qualifications & Licences

Certificate or diploma in a related trade (or an equivalent trade qualification) Refrigerant Handling Licence Current and valid Driver’s Licence Minimum one year of hands-on experience in fault-finding and maintenance

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (gross), plus allowances, overtime, and advantages Negotiable salary, based on qualifications, experience, and skills
