You’ll love working at The Workshop Kitchen at The Powerhouse Hotel Tamworth by Rydges which features slick interiors & a relaxed, upmarket vibe. The restaurant is a popular dining destination with locals & guests & has been serving amazing food & wine since 1986. We're open every day for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

About the role

If you love good food, wine & people & can pour a glass or two, then we’d love to meet you! Casual roles are available for the right personalities & in depth training is provided, so if you’re lacking experience, don’t stress, we’ll give you the tools to succeed – just bring a positive ‘can do’ attitude, flexible work ethic & a smile.

Restaurant shifts may include mornings, days, nights & weekends, so you must be reliable. Immediate start is available to successful candidates.

Skills & experience

- You have high standards of presentation for both yourself & your work

- You’re a great communicator with exceptional people skills & hospitality knowledge.

- You’re 'hands on' & instill a sense of fun & positivity in the work space.

- You’re motivated, able to take direction & committed to continuous improvement.

- You’re committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through a high level of service & promoting a culture where every guest leaves happy.

- You’re able to work under pressure & multi task in a busy environment.

- You hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.

- You may have previous restaurant, bar or barista experience (but this is not a game changer!)
