Osteopath – Full Time & Part Time | Career & Clinical Lead Opportunities
Rapid Recovery Clinic | Seville & Ferntree Gully
Build the Osteo career you actually want.
Rapid Recovery is growing — and we're looking for two Osteopaths to join our team.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill a treatment room.
We're looking for Osteopaths who love helping people get out of pain, enjoy working hands-on, want to build a great caseload and want to be part of a clinic that is genuinely investing in the growth of Osteopathy.
We're currently recruiting for:
- 1 Full-Time Osteopath – working across our Seville & Ferntree Gully clinics
- 1 Part-Time Osteopath – based at our Seville clinic
And for an experienced Osteopath ready for their next challenge, there is also the potential to step into a Clinical Lead role, mentoring and helping develop our growing team of Osteopaths.
We are considering both internal and external candidates for this leadership prospect, so you don't need to be looking for leadership to apply.
Who are Rapid Recovery?
We're a growing, multi-award-winning allied health clinic treating 400+ clients every week across our clinics in Healesville, Seville and Ferntree Gully.
And we're pretty proud of what we're building.
Our recognition includes multiple service awards, and our Ferntree Gully clinic is currently a Finalist in the 2026 Local Business Awards, with the winner to be announced in September.
But awards aren't really what makes Rapid Recovery a great place to work.
Our team does.
We've deliberately built a clinic where practitioners have the support, mentoring, systems, marketing and opportunities they need to build genuinely successful careers.
Build a caseload — not just a roster.
One of the hardest parts of starting or changing jobs as an Osteopath is wondering:
"Will I actually be busy?"
Building your caseload isn't something we leave entirely up to you.
Rapid Recovery invests heavily in:
- Google and digital marketing
- Strong local SEO
- GP referral relationships
- Internal referrals
- Community partnerships
- Client retention and rebooking systems
- Reception and administrative support
Our goal is simple:
Give great Osteopaths every opportunity to become busy Osteopaths.
A career that can actually go somewhere.
We don't believe the only career progression available to an Osteopath should be:
Treat more patients.
We've built structured pathways that allow our Osteopaths to develop clinically, financially and professionally.
That includes:
Osteopath → Senior Osteopath
For the right candidate, the Clinical Lead opportunity may be available as part of this recruitment process.
This role would involve mentoring and supporting our growing Osteopathy team alongside your clinical work.
You don't need previous management experience to be considered. What matters more is that you're a strong clinician, a great communicator and genuinely enjoy helping other Osteopaths become better at what they do.
Leadership training, coaching and support will be provided.
Build your ideal week.
We know everyone's version of a great career looks different.
Some people want to maximise their income.
Others want their work structured around family, sport or life outside the clinic.
Our roster model gives us flexibility to build something that works for you and the clinic.
Think of it as Build-a-Bear for grown-ups with strong forearms and a passion for helping people.
What you'll get
- Employee position — not contractor uncertainty
- Base wage + performance rewards + superannuation
- Annual and personal leave entitlements
- Potential earning pathway of up to $145K+
- An established and growing client base
- Strong marketing and new-client acquisition
- Regular mentoring and professional development
- Clear and transparent career progression
- Clinical and administrative support
- Flexibility in how your working week is structured
- Opportunities to develop your own clinical interests and niche
- A genuine pathway into mentoring and leadership
- A large multidisciplinary team around you
- A business that is actively growing and investing in Osteopathy
Who we're looking for
You might be an experienced Osteopath looking for your next challenge.
You might be interested in mentoring and leadership.
Or you might simply be a great Osteopath who wants to work somewhere you can build a busy caseload and a long-term career.
We're particularly suited to Osteopaths who:
- Enjoy a direct, hands-on approach to treatment
- Love helping people recover from pain and injury
- Communicate well and build strong relationships with clients
- Want to keep developing clinically
- Enjoy being part of a team rather than operating in isolation
- Take ownership of their results and client outcomes
- Want a workplace they can genuinely grow with
You'll need to be AHPRA registered, have Australian working rights and hold a current driver's licence with reliable transport.
New graduate? Don't rule yourself out.
If you're early in your Osteopathy career, we'd still love to hear from you.
We've built structured mentoring and development systems specifically to help Osteopaths build their clinical confidence, communication skills and caseload.
We're not expecting you to walk through the door knowing everything.
We are expecting you to want to get better.
Ready for something bigger?
If you're looking for somewhere to simply turn up, treat a few patients and go home, there are plenty of Osteo jobs around.
If you're looking for somewhere that will back you, help build your caseload and give you somewhere to progress, we'd love to talk.
Apply through SEEK with your CV and a short cover letter telling us a little about you and what you're looking for in your next role.
If the Clinical Lead opportunity interests you, make sure you mention that in your application.
