ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Step into leadership and grow your retail career with Tree of Life. We’re looking for an energetic, fashion-loving Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team and inspire great vibes in-store. As the right hand to the Store Manager, you’ll take the reins in their absence and be a key player in driving sales, creating memorable customer moments and maintaining a space that reflects the Tree of Life spirit.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll:

- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a passionate retail team
- Take full responsibility for the store when the Manager is away
- Drive daily sales targets and team performance
- Foster an exceptional customer experience every time
- Oversee your own department within the store
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation is on point
- Bring the Tree of Life brand to life through your personal style and customer connections

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares retail
- Leadership potential and confidence to manage the store solo
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for inspiring customers through product knowledge and style
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including Mondays, Sundays, and peak trading periods (including Christmas)
