- Permanent part-time working 22.5 hours per week
- Please note shift work - Majority of shifts required to fulfil are NIGHT shifts.

About the Role
Be the welcoming voice of the Royal Adelaide Hospital, providing responsive, confidential service to patients, staff and visitors.
• Respond to frontline, telephone and switchboard enquiries
• Manage paging, emergency calls and prompt message delivery
• Provide clear information and direction in line with procedures
• Build positive relationships across CALHN and external services
• Deliver high quality, customer focused administrative support
About You

• Manage difficult situations calmly and professionally
