Aligned Community Care is seeking experienced Senior Support Workers to lead Supported Independent Living homes for complex care clients in Sydney. You will provide hands‑on leadership, support daily living tasks and model person‑centred service delivery in line with NDIS standards.
Reporting to the Disability Service Manager, you will coordinate house activities, mentor Disability Support Workers and help create a calm, team-oriented environment for participants with mental health conditions
