Western Health is seeking a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join the Western Health at Home program within the Rapid Allied Health and CB TCP services. This part-time role focuses on in-home and community-based care, supporting protected discharge and maximising independence for older adults living at home.

You will contribute advanced clinical expertise, deliver evidence-based interventions, and provide supervision to junior staff within an interdisciplinary team.
