About The Role
As a Social Worker Level 3 - Lakeview Inpatient Unit, you will play a key role in the development, coordination and facilitation of the Drug and Alcohol Clinical Services (DACS) Lakeview Group Program. Through engaging group programs, the role will empower clients to build positive social connections, participate in recreational activities, and develop greater awareness through health promotion and education while receiving care within the Lakeview Withdrawal Management Service.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team, with guidance from the Nurse Unit Manager, Allied Health Lead, District Manager and a range of experienced professionals across the service. With a strong commitment to professional growth, DACS provides ongoing education sessions and encourages opportunities to expand clinical knowledge, skills and expertise.

You’ll become part of a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team of Addiction Medicine Specialists, Registered Nurses, Allied Health and Administration professionals, all united by a shared commitment to supporting clients on their journey towards recovery and achieving positive, lasting outcomes.

Essential Requirements
- Must hold a qualification in Social Work which provides eligibility or membership of the Australian Association of Social Worker and a minimum of three years of full time work experience.
