We are seeking two experienced Workday Consultants with Workday implementation experience. Working alongside internal HR and Finance Functional Leads (e.g. Payroll, Core HR, Advanced Compensation), our IT team and external implementation partners, these roles will be critical in documenting current and future state processes, translating business requirements into system workflows, and supporting system configuration, testing and implementation activities.

This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

These roles are ideal for Workday Consultants with experience working across multiple functional areas of Workday, specifically:

- Core HCM and Compensation
- Payroll
- Advanced Compensation
- Absence
- Time Tracking

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the end-to-end delivery of a Workday implementation, acting as a delivery enabler for HR/P&C; Functional Leads while partnering closely with IT and implementation partners
- Assist in the configuration and optimisation of Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence and Time Tracking functionality.
- Review existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Support configuration across organisational structures, job profiles, staffing models, and security.
- Conduct testing activities including unit testing, regression testing and end to end testing
- Provide Workday functional expertise and best-practice recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to improve user experience and system effectiveness.
- Support data migration activities, including strategy, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and resolution of complex data issues




- Contribute to the change management and communication strategies to drive adoption and minimise disruption

Key Experience required:

- Strong experience using Workday, in particular Core HCM, Payroll, Advanced Comp, Absence and Time Tracking
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configuration.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within law firms or professional services will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
