Independent Lives is seeking a dedicated full-time Personal Assistant to support a 33-year-old non-verbal man with autism in his home. You will follow a fixed annual rota and provide care, daily living assistance, and transportation in office in Salisbury, with comprehensive paid training and shadow shifts.

No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and reliability are valued. Driving a vehicle (automatic) is essential, and you will be the most senior team member on duty when the manager
