Supported Care, part of the Civitas Group, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide residential and community support to promote independence for individuals in their chosen community. The role reports to the Regional Service Manager and Team Leader.

Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day office operations, supporting staff management, reviewing care plans, and maintaining partnerships with external coordinators and providers.
