Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Regional Support Manager for NSW/ACT to lead and support Residence Managers, driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance across multiple residences. The role requires travel across NSW and ACT and a focus on people development and business performance.

You will oversee a team of managers, ensure adherence to legislative requirements, and foster solid relationships with residents, families, and staff. AHPRA registration is required or eligible to obtain.
