Treatment Coordinator

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Treatment Coordinator to join our fun, friendly and supportive team at The Orthodontist! No experience, but you have a dental background or just love communicating with people, you might be the one!
Working within a modern, dedicated and very established facility, the right candidate can negotiate a permanent, casual, part time or full time role.
Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients and families in a professional and personable manner
- Assisting the orthodontist with new and existing patient consultations
- Provide exceptional patient care and team support
- Invoicing patients and receipt of payments
- Managing electronic patient records
- Coordinate and support the daily duties of the providers and work closely with our team
- Discussing treatment and payment plans with patients and families
- Play a pro-active role in each day's appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamless as possible
- General office duties
What we are looking for in YOU!
- A reliable and committed team player
- A passion for the dental industry and patient care
- Previous experience in Orthodontics or as a Dental Assistant preferred but not essential
- A vibrant personality, lots of empathy and a patient-focused approach
- Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
- A positive attitude and the ability to be adaptable & adaptable
- An ability to handle pressure and multi-task.
