Andonis Café & Bar is growing quick and we need a creative go-getter to help us keep the content coming!

With 13 locations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast (and more on the way!), our marketing team is on the hunt for a Marketing Assistant who loves content.

You'll be behind the camera, behind the calendar, and behind the scenes - creating content, scheduling posts, and helping bring our marketing to life across our cafes.

If you're hungry for hands-on experience, love variety, and want to build real skills in a growing business, this is the role for you. We're all about energy over experience, so if you've got the drive, we'll help you build the skills.

- What is your availability?
- How many years experience do you have creating and scheduling content?




- If you were asked to increase engagement on an instagram account, what are some of the first things you'd look at?
- Which social media platforms have you managed professionally?
- Have you created content for a business with multiple locations?
- Do you have email marketing experience?
- Do you have experience with photo/ video editing tools? If yes, which ones?
- This role will require being super organised and being able to prioritise multiple content and marketing tasks at once. How do you stay organised and maintain quality when things get busy?
