Position Title: Maintenance Planner
Location: Welshpool, WA

The Chance
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across residential and light commercial properties. This role plays a key part in ensuring maintenance works are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance schedules.

- Scope works, allocate resources, and prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact.

- Liaise with contractors, property managers, and stakeholders to coordinate works.

- Monitor maintenance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant regulations.

- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation of maintenance activities.

About You
You are organised, analytical, and able to balance multiple priorities. You have experience in maintenance planning or a related field and can confidently coordinate across stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in maintenance planning, property, or building environments.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.





- Trade qualification or relevant industry experience desirable.

- Diploma in Building (or working towards) advantageous.
