The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria invites applications for a Senior Workforce Development Officer in Forensic Intervention Services. This fixed-term VPS5 role focuses on delivering workforce development projects that build capability, attraction, recruitment and retention across FIS in Melbourne.

You will lead initiatives, provide strategic advice, develop external and internal partnerships, and manage multiple projects while guiding a small team.
