About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Fitter to join our Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a trade-qualified maintenance skilled who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping equipment operating at peak performance.

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production machinery, equipment, and site infrastructure.

This is a full-time role based at our Wyong site on the Central Coast of NSW. The hours are as per the below:

· Monday – Thursday 1:54pm – 10:36pm

· Friday 10:54am – 4:06pm

This role will also receive 15% shift loading on the base rate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on automated production machinery and equipment.

· Conducting preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment uptime and reliability.

· Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, liquid processing, and automated systems.

· Installing, dismantling, and repairing machinery and equipment components.

· Maintaining site facilities, buildings, and infrastructure.

· Fabricating and machining components using lathes, grinders, drills, milling machines, welding equipment, and other workshop tools.

· Working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals to complete repairs and new installations.

· Recording maintenance activities and ordering spare parts through maintenance management systems.

· Reading and interpreting engineering drawings,



manuals, and technical documentation.

· Supporting project installations, shutdowns, and production start-ups.

· Promoting and maintaining safe work practices in accordance with WHS requirements.

About You:

· Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Fitting & Machining or a related discipline.

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance role.

· Forklift and EWP license is desirable.

· Strong mechanical and/or electromechanical aptitude.

· Experience trouble shooting and repairing automated production equipment.

· Ability to use hand tools, power tools, machining equipment and fabrication equipment.

· Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
